System Specification, Platform Design, & Software Development
PCO has remained committed to the voice of its current and potential customers. It is through this commitment that PCO has built the foundation of its design and development programs. PCO insists that any current and/or potential customer is sufficiently involved in all applicable phases of the design process (this includes direct customer interaction with PCO’s highly technical pre sale project engineering team). A great deal of care is also taken in completing a thorough competitive analysis with all design projects. To properly identify competition, an analysis of product specifications, market share, target market, competitive advantages, marketing strategy, and product pricing must be completed. PCO is also committed to the total quality of its software development and testing programs. Through the careful management of its software development process, PCO creates value for its customers by reducing defects and total development time.

Build to Order Manufacturing & Just in Time Inventory Management
PCO’s “build to order” manufacturing program is crucial to its business model. With approximately 30,000 square feet of ISO 9001 certified production and quality assurance space, PCO has the capacity to manufacture thousands of video system per month on a build to order basis. By leveraging the experience of its senior members and its quality systems consulting firm (ETI Group), PCO focuses on the continued improvement of its manufacturing processes in accordance with its total quality management system.

PCO regularly provides warehousing and blind drop ship services to its key partners. Such tight supply chain management enables our partners to materially reduce the expense associated with inventory financing, product warehousing, and final product configuration.


Standard Support Services
To demonstrate its commitment to total quality, PCO typically provides a 2 – 3 year parts and labor warranty on all custom manufactured products. During the warranty period, its customers may also utilize its telephone based technical support infrastructure which includes Tier One, Tier Two, and Tier Three support professionals. PCO employs a highly technical project management team which focuses solely on large system integration and custom projects. PCO’s standard support services are available toll free Monday through Friday from 5:00AM to 6:00PM Pacific Standard Time (USA).

Custom Support Services
PCO also offers a variety of product specific support services which largely represent its commitment to the voice of its customers. PCO offers advance replacement warranty programs to purchasers of its PC-based digital video recording products. Twenty-four hour telephone technical support is also available to all preferred partners.

PCO also offers a turn key technical support system in which select OEM customers may leverage PCO’s telephone based technical support infrastructure. This solution enables such customers to utilize an extremely high quality technical support staff without the expense of maintaining an advanced support center. IT services such as support page creation, maintenance, and hosting are also provided on a custom basis. PCO’s design team further compliments these services by offering them the relevant customer’s motif.
