Through the careful selection of strategic component manufacturing partners, PCO creates value for its customers by utilizing platforms which perfectly balance performance and value without compromising total quality.

Additionally, PCO a offers a variety of product specific support services which largely represent its commitment to the voice of its customers. PCO provides advance replacement warranty programs to purchasers of its digital video recording product. On-site warranties with guaranteed response and turn around times are also available to partners purchasing PCO’s mission critical servers.

PCO also makes available a turn key technical support system in which select customers may leverage its telephony based technical support infrastructure. This system enables select strategic partners to provide their customers with the highest quality support services without the expense of utilizing its own support engineers. Additional IT services such as support page creation, maintenance, and hosting are typically bundled with PCO’s turn key technical support system.
